We source produce from local Pukekohe growers and also growers in the Manawatu, Matamata, Manuwhatu and the South Island to export to our clients in the Pacific Islands. Mainly Fiji and Tonga. We predominantly supply potatoes and onions, but also source and provide most fruit and vegetables. Pukekohe has a deserved reputation for being one of New Zealand’s agricultural hot-spots. It has rich volcanic soil, a warm climate, and regular rainfall. With such good growing conditions, you could be excused for thinking that farmers simply throw seeds on the ground and leave nature to do the rest.
